ATTN:ANYONE interested in doing stand-up comedy should attend Scott's classes." He will really do a great job helping out with the framework to organize your material. He's an extreme talent and will be very much worth the time and money spent to learn from him. If you're serious about comedy, you MUST see him. He was the best comedy mentor I ever had (regard less of the fact that he was my only comedy mentor, which is really beside the point)... anyway, I'm sure he'll be of much help to the rest of you aspiring comedians out there. P.S. Before you start the courses please lower your expectations now so that the courses will be easier on both you and Scott, thank you.

Last fall, at age 57, I signed up for Scott's beginning stand-up class. I was convinced that I was too old, too scared, and too unfunny, but Scott was very reassuring so I gave it a try. I found Scott to be an encouraging, supportive teacher who dignified the attempts of each student, regardless of talent or experience. He took each of us from where we were and helped us develop our own individual styles. Because of Scott's class, I can more easily see the humor in everyday life, I am more confident on stage, and I now have a socially acceptable outlet for my outrageous side.
